What we receive
ImageTextEditor is an online image text editor. We receive the information needed to run the editor and complete the action you request.
- Content you submit: uploaded images, replacement text, prompts, and other editing instructions.
- Support messages: your email address and the details you include when you contact us.
- Technical signals: browser and device type, language, approximate location derived from an IP address, referring page, timestamps, errors, and feature events.
The editor does not require an account or payment card for its current free workflow.
How images and instructions are processed
When you start an edit, the selected image and your instructions are sent to the services that host and process the job. The result is returned to the editor so you can review or download it.
Processing may involve infrastructure and specialized providers for hosting, image processing, storage, monitoring, and security. They may handle content only as needed to provide those services to us.
Only upload content you are allowed to use. Do not upload passwords, government identifiers, financial records, medical information, or other sensitive material unless you have decided that the feature is appropriate for it.
Why we use data
We use information to:
- operate the editor and deliver requested results;
- remember settings and improve the workflow;
- measure reliability, understand feature usage, and fix errors;
- detect abuse, protect the service, and investigate security issues;
- answer support requests; and
- meet legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
Storage and retention
The History panel stores recent ImageTextEditor records in your browser. These records are automatically limited to one day and can be deleted from the History panel. Clearing site data in your browser also removes this local history.
Images and job data may be retained temporarily by our infrastructure or processing providers while a request is running, being delivered, monitored, or investigated. Retention depends on the feature and operational need. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, unless a longer period is required for security, disputes, or law.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information we hold about you. You may also object to or ask us to restrict certain processing.
Email a request to [email protected]. We may ask for enough information to verify the request and may keep a limited record of the request for security and legal compliance.
Children
ImageTextEditor is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review it.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy when the product, our providers, or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be posted here with a new date. Material changes may receive an additional notice.
