Agreement and eligibility
These Terms form an agreement between you and ImageTextEditor. By visiting the site or using an editor, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required where you live. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these Terms for it.
Using the service
ImageTextEditor provides browser-based tools for detecting, replacing, removing, and rewriting text in images. Features, supported formats, credit costs, and limits may change as the product develops.
You are responsible for your device, internet connection, downloaded files, and any third-party services you choose to use with an output.
Your content
You keep the rights you already have in an image, text, prompt, or instruction you submit. You must have the permission needed to upload and edit it.
You give ImageTextEditor and its processing providers a limited permission to host, copy, transmit, and process your submission only to operate the requested feature, return the result, maintain security, and diagnose failures. This permission ends when the content is no longer needed for those purposes, subject to the retention described in the Privacy Policy.
AI results
AI processing can be useful but is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, original, or suitable for every purpose. Text, fonts, spacing, and backgrounds may change in ways you did not expect. Review an output before publishing, relying on it, or sending it to someone else.
You are responsible for checking that an output does not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Fair use and prohibited conduct
You may use the service for lawful personal or commercial work when you have the necessary rights. You may not:
- upload malware, unlawful material, or content that exploits or endangers a person;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or confidentiality rights;
- use generated images to impersonate, defraud, harass, or mislead;
- probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass limits or security controls; or
- use the service to build a competing service without our written permission.
Credits, limits, and product changes
Some actions use credits or other limits shown in the editor. Credits are usage units for the service, not money or property, and may expire, reset, or be adjusted according to the offer displayed when you use a feature.
We may add, modify, pause, or remove features, including free allowances and processing models. We will not treat a product change as a promise that a particular model, result, or workflow will remain available.
Availability and third-party services
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, outages, provider failures, network conditions, or other events may interrupt processing or make an output unavailable. Keep your own copy of anything important.
The service may rely on hosting, analytics, logging, AI, storage, and delivery providers. Their own terms may apply to the parts of their service that you use.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using ImageTextEditor at any time. We may limit or suspend access when needed to address misuse, security risk, legal requirements, provider constraints, or a breach of these Terms. Sections about content rights, disclaimers, limits of liability, and disputes continue after use ends.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ImageTextEditor and its providers disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness, availability, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service and its outputs are provided “as is” and “as available”.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms removes a right that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms when the product, our practices, or applicable law changes. We will publish the new version here with an updated date. Continuing to use the service after the new version takes effect means you accept it.
